Thoughts, and the heart
Those of you who find it rather difficult and who struggle with the thoughts and intentions of the heart, I have a word for you.
Allow me to run through a little bit of what I have been experiencing for the past few days. My mind was all over the place, you can be in one place, but your mind will be in a hundred different places, thinking 100 loads of twaddle.
This normally causes you to have anxiety, you brain will provide it for you, you won’t need something to start the anxiety. Once your mind is all over the place, forget it, you already gave your brain the authority to provide stress.
This type of stress releases feelings of depression, sweaty hands, fast pumping heartbeat. When you in the depression mode, it makes it harder for you to think righteously, and it takes longer for you to comprehend things. You will start to lose focus on doing the things that matters the most. Joy will pass you by, you lose sight and grow deaf. What happens after this will be your own order. When your body begin to feel like you have no energy, you see death coming much faster. Your mind will start to form images that are hopeless.
Please wake up! Stay focused.
God has come to give us hope and a future, He has come to give us life.
Anything outside of the good that is taking place in your life not in line with Gods word is not from God. Here I am writing to you about what was happening to me a few days ago. If it wasn’t for the obedience and the faith and trust I had that God will send a vessel to minister and pray for me, I would have ended up far away somewhere away in the manger singing funeral hymns instead of Christmas carols. Cling to the Lord. Whatever must take place, will take place, the outcome depends on your faith. The word of God gives you the ability to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart. When you struggle with thoughts, your only solution is the word of God.
As in Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
