Sometimes it is so difficult to be merciful, but we must be, as our father is merciful.
In the book of Luke, you will assimilate how to overcome a lot of challenges. God teaches us how to love our enemies.
In life, as a human being, we see the test as something that needs pay back. When we are in the flesh, we tend to shoot back, it is normal to feel hurt and pain and it is normal to want to retaliate. The hardest thing to do is to turn the other cheek, or to let them have your shirt if they take the coat, but it is the right thing to do.
Luke 6 speaks about Love your enemies. 27 “But to you who are listening I say, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 “Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you, 29 If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. Give to anyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you do not demand it back. Do to others as you would have them do to you.
My heart was very hurt for a few months up until last night, I could not understand the depth of the measures that humans choose, to hurt the one’s they love. Before we went to bed last night, my husband opened the bible in the book of Luke, he was the one reading out loud about loving your enemies.
I listened to him but at the same time thinking how I’m going to beat someone up, my face turned red, but i said less.
Later in the evening we both went to bed, but I could not sleep. I was so irritable, tossing and turning and just so suddenly I started crying and my focus shifted towards God.
I said God, “you know what I feel right now, I can’t even lie to you, but I don’t want to complain anymore, and I choose to rather praise you.” But I cried and cried and began speaking in the heavenly language until I got tired and fell off to sleep.
This morning when I woke up, I felt like a brand-new person. I had such Joy in my heart. Whatever I felt, disappeared.
I asked my husband to continue to read to me where he stopped last night, and he began to read”
“If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. And if you lend those from who you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, expecting to be repaid in full. But love your enemies, do good to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the most High, because He is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your father is merciful.
This was IT for me, my husband ministered deep inside my spirit and I just want to thank you Jesus for answering my prayers.
But without faith it is impossible to please Him for He who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of Those who diligently seek Him.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
